Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For items that are on backorder, we will communicate by email or phone when the item becomes available. 

Defects or Problem with your Order.

We will do our best to safely package our products and deliver through UPS/USPS. However our products are intricate, delicate and handmade; minor blemishes , loose threads or beads can be expected during shipping and handling. A simple glue can address most issues.

For missing packages that are not delivered please contact the carrier and your local post office first. We are not responsible for lost packages, but we will do our best in assisting you in locating it.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery & Local Pick up

We are unable to provide any free local delivery. However, we do provide Free local pick up for customers in Virginia. For local pick up, we do not charge any additional shipping cost. We are in the zip code 20148 in the US. You can use this zip code to calculate your driving distance and if this is the best option for you to pickup or get it delivered by regular mail.

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 22448 Snow Powder Terrace, Ashburn VA 20148.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 12 pm ET to 7 pm ET on all week days. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
